If you do not agree, you must not use the site or delegate to our validator(s). We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting updates with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

“Delegation” means assigning staking rights in SOL from your stake account to a validator vote account as defined by the Solana protocol.
“Rewards” means protocol-level inflation and fee rewards attributable to your delegated stake, less any validator commission.
“You” refers to any person or entity accessing our website or delegating stake to our validator(s).

3. Nature of Service (Non-Custodial)

4. Eligibility & Compliance

You confirm that:

You are legally allowed to use delegation and staking services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are not subject to UK or international sanctions, nor are you using this service for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue access to our validator(s) or website if required to comply with applicable laws, including sanctions or anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Delegation Mechanics

Staking rewards, activations, deactivations, epoch timing, and other parameters are governed by the Solana protocol. You are responsible for:

Using compatible wallets.
Paying any transaction fees.
Understanding that Solana protocol parameters may change via governance at any time.

6. Commission & Rewards

Our validator charges a commission on staking Rewards as displayed on Solana blockchain explorers and/or this website.
Commission rates may change in line with ecosystem norms and protocol limits. Any change is effective once posted on-chain and/or on this site.
Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as validator performance, stake distribution, MEV/tips, and network conditions.

7. Protocol Upgrades & Forks

The Solana network may change due to protocol upgrades, forks, or validator client updates. We may:

Upgrade or modify our validator infrastructure.
Pause operations temporarily during network events.
We are not liable for any loss arising from forks, reorgs, governance decisions, or incompatible client versions.

8. Slashing, Penalties & Network Risk

Solana has not historically enforced automatic slashing, but future protocol-level changes (e.g., proposals like SIMD-0204) may implement penalties for validator misbehavior. By delegating to us:

You accept the possibility of protocol-level slashing or reduced rewards.
We are not liable for such protocol-imposed penalties, except where required by law.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect our validator infrastructure. However:

You are solely responsible for securing your devices, wallets, and keys.
Never share seed phrases or private keys with us or anyone.
This service is provided on an “AS IS / AS AVAILABLE” basis.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax obligations arising from staking Rewards in your jurisdiction.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or validator services:

To engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
In violation of UK or international sanctions.
To harm or attack the Solana network.
We reserve the right to pause or limit public access during upgrades, outages, or threats.

12. Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you delegate to our validator or use this website.
You may stop using our services at any time by deactivating your stake and discontinuing site use.
We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice due to legal, security, or operational reasons.
If we adopt specific notice periods, they will be clearly posted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data).
Our aggregate liability is limited to the total amount of commission you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it is unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
